The pricing depends on several factors from size, framing, amount of figures, and if you include the express service during the actual order process. To get a first idea please visit our price page and check the size and figure count. During the order, you can add on a frame to compliment.

The turnaround time depends on 3 factors:

Size: The size can play a small factor of course but we aim to complete all paintings in the same turnaround time. 

Difficulty: More difficult pieces may take longer, but you will be made aware of the time scale once we have reviewed your photo.

Required Modifications: The turnaround will also vary depending on the number of modifications you may request during the photo editing to prepare the photo/s for the artist and also on the modification comments you may have once you have seen the painting.

Turnaround for standard service: 21 days

Turnaround for express service: 14 days

Currently we offer sizes:

12″x16″ (30×40 cm), 16″x20″ (40×50 cm), 20″x24″ (50×60 cm), 24″x36″ (60×90 cm), 30″x40″ (75×100 cm), 36″x48″ (90×120 cm), 48″x72″ (120×180 cm)

If your photo proportions would work better with a custom size, then we will recommend this to you to avoid cropping the photo and loose important parts of the image.

We have a selection of our most popular standard and premium frames available for you to complement your painting.

We have a much wider selection of frames in our warehouse to choose from. If you have specific requirements use the comment box during the order to ask if your frame is possible or alternatively speak to one of our representatives on either our online chat or by calling us, full details here on our contact us page.

A gallery wrap is a finished, ready-to-hang canvas portrait painting with no visible frame.

The custom painting is visible on the sides of the gallery wrap.

You can submit your photos during the order or also by using our quote form. We will be more than happy to take a look and customize your painting from scratch. The photo upload can take a moment depending on the size of the files you are trying to upload. You can upload several photos at the same time.

We can work with almost any photo as long the details of subjects (people or pets) are visible enough to see the defining details to allow the artist to produce a quality custom painting. If you are unsure about the photo suitability please use our quote form and we will be more than happy to take a look and our customer service team will provide a free image consultation service and advise you if the resolution of the photos is high enough to paint your photo.

Yes, we have very talented photo editors that can change your photo according to your requirements. Just to mention a few things that are possible:
                       
                        – removing or adding of objects, people or pets
                        – merging several photos into one
                        – changing colors of clothing, hair, objects etc.
                        – changing the background
                        – adding text to the image
                       
The photo editing service is included in the price (unless your requirements are extensive and will require more time than usual – should your requests take longer we will advise before hand and what extra costs would be charged).
